Street art around Amsterdam (2013)

Amsterdam buildings provide a good canvas for artists; new works of art are popping out all the time here and there and I like to spot them throughout my walks because some of them are really great.

For those of you who want to find out more about street art in Amsterdam I have two recommendations: an interesting website: The Amsterdam Street Art Project — created by a team of talented people who organize events in the city (including a street art festival); and a Facebook page: Street Art Amsterdam — they post a lot of pictures of art found around the city and they also organise street art tours.
