Modern Architecture in Amsterdam: IJDock

Amsterdam is not all about narrow brick houses and canals. It’s also about modern architecture and newly reclaimed lands. It’s the case of IJDock, a recently built peninsula close to Central Station.

IJDock’s buildings look absolutely amazing, with their sea-like colours and interesting architecture. You can see the great building of the Palace of Justice, a hotel, a big underground parking, apartment and office spaces, cafés and a lovely marina.
