It’s very hard to post something today, after all the shocking things happening in Paris last night. But I refuse to let fear and sadness be the essence of the day — if not in real life, at least here, on this blog.
I went to Noordermarkt this afternoon, as I do almost every Saturday, and I was comforted by the familiar smells, colours and sounds. In the pictures below you can see a woman and her child enjoying live music and some of the autumn colours from the flower shop.
