That moment when you go out for a walk in the city and you know that spring is here to stay, and it’s going towards summer. The air is heavy with pollen, the green of the trees is fresh (the leaves are almost transparent in the sun), birds are singing. Sometimes is April, sometimes is May. The weather might be moody, but the green leaves and the colourful flowers are an affirmation of spring. The days are longer, much longer now, and you are still surprised that it’s light outside at 9 pm. You will get used to it in a few weeks.

Amsterdam transforms in spring, becoming a big, beautiful garden, and I will never get bored of seeing this transformation. Every year, I wait impatiently for the cherry blossom, the spring snow, the time of roses. And I’m never disappointed.
