The first day of 2020 was a misty one. I like to go for a walk the day after the NYE celebrations, to enjoy the sleepy feeling of the place. This time the walk was in my new city, Alkmaar, which was wrapped in a dense fog and looked dreamy. It was the first time I went out with my camera here, with no goal in mind, just walking around and taking a few snapshots. The air was crisp and smelled like winter, and I was happy. Let’s hope for more days like this in the future! And Happy New Year!
