My Quiet Place: the Forest

The forests in the Netherlands might not be very old, but they are beautiful, green and quiet oasis where one can go to relax and unwind. They’re also easily accessible, some of them being just one bike ride away. I do the forest therapy as often as I can. I go to the forest when I’m in the mood for walking, to listen to the birds singing and the rustling of the leaves. I like to observe the changes throughout the seasons, walk the same paths and check out the trees, plants and mushrooms along the way. Sometimes I take the camera with me to capture the magic of the forest, so today I thought I should bring you along with me on a little walk.
